1. What material are the maps made of? 
Our maps are crafted from high-quality, eco-friendly, top-grade birch plywood. Each piece is meticulously sanded and stained to highlight the wood's unique natural grain. Finally, a safe, matte protective lacquer finish is applied, making the product durable and pleasant to the touch.

2. How is the world map or country map mounted on the wall? Is it difficult?
Mounting the world map is a simple and engaging process that takes an average of 40 to 90 minutes. Each map comes with special double-sided mounting tape (or a reliable adhesive backing, depending on the surface type), as well as detailed instructions and stencils to ensure the continents and islands are positioned perfectly. For walls with relief or heavy texture (such as decorative plaster or brick), we recommend using "liquid nails" (construction adhesive) or small finishing nails to secure certain elements.
Country maps typically come with wall mounts. Size S maps are ready to hang immediately. Sizes M, L, and XL consist of multiple parts that need to be assembled according to the instructions.

3. I’m concerned about product quality. What guarantees do you offer?
All our products are handcrafted by artisans and undergo rigorous quality checks. You can be confident in our product quality thanks to our years of experience and positive customer reviews. We have been making wooden maps since 2019 and have been successfully selling them on Etsy since 2021. In total, we have fulfilled over 12,000 orders, with more than 10,000 of those placed on Etsy. Our Etsy rating exceeds 4.9, and we hold "Star Seller" status, backed by over 1,700 genuine reviews.

4. Can I add custom elements? 
Yes! We can modify the standard package or add personalized engraving (such as a company logo, family name, memorable date, or motto). We can also create custom sizes and color schemes to match your interior. You can discuss the details by contacting us via your preferred method.

5. What should I do if a part gets damaged during shipping?
We carefully pack every order using sturdy protective cardboard and foam to prevent shipping damage. However, if you discover a defect or a broken piece upon delivery, simply take a photo and contact us. We will promptly send you a replacement for the damaged item free of charge.

6. How long do production and delivery take? 
If the item is in stock, it is shipped within 1–3 business days. Producing a custom-ordered map (non-standard color, size, language, or engraving) takes an average of 3 to 9 business days. Delivery times depend on the chosen carrier and your location (we ship orders within Ukraine and internationally). 7. Returns and exchanges 
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be new and in its original packaging. If the item is not defective, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please email us at workshopideasua@gmail.com.
 
8. How long will delivery take? 
All items are handmade; the production time is 4–9 business days. Standard free delivery takes 8–15 business days. We partner only with reliable carriers—USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Nova Post—and all shipments are trackable. If you require express delivery or need the item by a specific date, please contact us directly.
